Payment is required before scheduling. Once payment is confirmed, we will email you instructions to select your appointment time.
The consultation fee covers this session only and is not applied toward future services. Additional services are scoped and priced separately.

Payment & Scheduling
Payment is required before scheduling. The $250 fee covers one 30-minute consultation and is not credited toward future services. Additional services are priced separately. Specific outcomes, including funding, are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or if R & R cancels. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, late rescheduling requests, and missed appointments forfeit payment. Late arrivals do not extend the session. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Privacy
We collect contact details, transaction information, and information you share about your service needs to communicate with you, schedule appointments, provide services, and maintain business records. Stripe processes payments; Squarespace hosts our website. Relevant information may be handled by our service providers or disclosed as legally required. Our website may use cookies for functionality and analytics. Records are retained for business and legal needs.
