Dr. Raven Richardson
Co-Founder & Principal ConsultantDr. Raven Richardson is a strategic consultant, researcher, and human services leader with extensive experience helping organizations strengthen programs, build partnerships, secure funding, and enhance organizational performance. Her expertise spans strategic planning, program development, community engagement, workforce development, grant readiness, research and evaluation, quality improvement, organizational capacity building, and the practical integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into organizational operations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with government agencies, healthcare organizations, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and community coalitions to develop practical, evidence-informed solutions that create measurable impact.
Dr. Richardson holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Services and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from Union University. She has also completed specialized professional training in the ethical and effective application of AI to enhance organizational efficiency. She is passionate about helping organizations solve problems at the root by integrating research, strategy, innovation, and collaboration to build stronger organizations and healthier communities.
Dr. Ralonda Nored
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Ralonda Nored is a strategic consultant, healthcare executive, and public health leader with extensive experience helping organizations strengthen systems, improve organizational performance, and build healthier communities. Her expertise spans healthcare administration, early childhood education, Head Start program leadership, strategic planning, quality improvement, organizational development, workforce development, program implementation, community health, and leadership coaching. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, directed complex programs, and partnered with healthcare organizations, public health agencies, Head Start programs, and community-based organizations to develop practical, evidence-informed solutions that strengthen organizations and improve community well-being.
Dr. Nored holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and Management (DHA) from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Health Education and Promotion and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Education from California State University, Northridge. She is also a Certified Community Health Worker Instructor through Texas A&M University and a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She is passionate about helping organizations build strong leaders, strengthen systems, and develop practical, evidence-informed solutions that build stronger organizations and healthier communities.
